Bundle or Batch Unit

For short cycle operations. One touch of the input button enters the batch quantity.

Used normally for very short cycle operations where it is felt that the operator should only depress the input button once at the end of each batch or bundle.

The Actual and Target counts display the total quantity of units worked on, not the number of bundles. The resulting performance calculation is very dynamic and accurate.

Operation of the 150 is as follows:

	Set the time for each piece, not the bundle time.
	Set the bundle quantity. If the bundle quantity varies the operator keys in the new quantity when starting a bundle.
	When the input button is depressed the total quantity in the current bundle is added to the Actual display count.

As the operator works through the bundle the Target count will increase in line with the time per piece.
