When the number of Actual inputs are few over the course of the
day, because the time for the operation is longer than say 15 minutes, it is often better
and much more accurate to calculate performance using minutes in place of units.
With this model the Target is in fact a digital clock displaying
the minutes worked on standard.
The Actual displays the Number of standard minutes earned.
Performance (%) is therefore: Std Minutes Earned divided by
Minutes Worked On-Std.
When the input button is depressed the current Std Min. Value is
added to the Actual display.
