For instant and continual feedback to motivate individual operators and increase performance by at least 5%. The CheckMate Model 120 is a motivational or pacing unit designed to calculate and display to operators, dynamically throughout the day, the average On-Standard Performance that has actually been achieved so far. The CheckMate works on a one-to-one basis providing individual operators with powerful motivational feedback in Real-Time. Cumulative downtime minutes are recorded through the Off-Standard feature of the CheckMate. The CheckMate displays Actual and Target unit counts, so far today performance % , and the time for the current operation in Standard Minutes. When the Actual units produced equal the Target units the On-Standard Performance will read 100%

CheckMate is flexible and designed to include all production activity during the day. Each time the style changes a new SMV can be entered if required. The Performance (%) is the average achieved for work completed so far.
