| The Checkmate provides motivation to individual
operators, and will increase performance by at least 5%. Training times can be reduced by
as much as 20%, when the Checkmate is introduced as soon as the operator knows the correct
method and is working to the required quality standard. When re-training, operators use
Checkmate to help them quickly return to their previous performance levels. Checkmate is
particularly useful in assisting 'low earners'. i.e., trained operators who for one reason
